Created by a team of experts, passionate about sustainability, LSF 360° works in the manner of traditional 360º Feedback business models.
The participant logs-on to a clean and simple, user-friendly environment, where they complete around 70 questions aimed to identify their strengths, weaknesses and areas for development. Their managers, associates and staff are then asked to provide feedback on them too. These results are compiled and benchmarked against the top Sustainable Business Leaders of today. Each participant receives specifically generated personal feedback, usually highlighting 2 or 3 key areas where the most difference can be made, with detailed comments from those who took part.
