How we’re different

We deliver great coaching, together with 360 feedback,

appraisals and performance management solutions. But so do lots of other people. So how are we different?

Project Review

How effective was your last project?

You can review a project rather than a person by using our "Project 360° Review" survey. Gather feedback from participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders in the project to see just how effective it was and gather learnings for the future.

The Model

This tool is based on a strategic leadership model and so enables you to gain feedback on how your project has moved your organisation forward and how well it has fulfilled its objectives. With this data represented in a complete and objective manner, you can clearly evaluate your investment and plan for future success.

Project 360° Review is based on a competency model comprising four main sections and 16 competencies (each assessed by 4 questions):

You customise the survey by adding up to 10 characteristics of your project you would specifically like to have reviewed e.g. "Integration of the 360 survey with the development centre".

Key Facts

  • Time required: 25-30 minutes
  • 64 items
  • 1-5 scale with space for comments against each
  • 4 open questions to gather more thoughts from reviewers
  • Up to 30 reviewers, out of project owner, sponsor, expert, participant, stakeholder and reviewer
  • Project set up within 24 hours

Your Report

Your report shows results in numerical and graphical form, including the full range of your reviewers’ opinions and an overview of how different reviewers agreed or disagreed. Download a sample report here.
