The Talent Innovations 360 degree feedback questionnaire tool has been created using our extensive experience of creating highly specialised and role specific questionnaires. It has also been mapped to the GMC domains and MLCF competencies, with charts showing feedback against these included in the feedback report.

The questionnaire is based on GMC Good Medical Practice Guidelines and the whole process is designed to meet the GMC Revalidation Requirements.
