Inspiring Executive is grounded in over 10 years of research into leadership, 360 feedback and the neuroscience of feedback. It is typically delivered through our confidential 360 Bureau service and facilitated by experienced executive coaches, ensuring discretion, appropriate duty of care and high-quality interpretation. Feedback can be supported through one-to-one executive coaching and, where appropriate, through Board-level discussion and sense-making.

This may include AI-generated summary pages and access to an AI Companion within the dynamic online report, supporting reflection and sense-making alongside professional facilitation, while leaving judgement firmly with the individual, their coach and — where relevant — the Board.
