What you can control
With the 360 Professional Licence, you can:
- clone an existing 360 (including models from the Leadership Collection) and adapt it
- edit and refine survey questions, including competency structure and wording
- use your own competency or values model
- fully brand the survey and reports, including logos, colours and titles
- re-order and customise the report layout
- amend all participant-facing text, including emails, instructions and system wording
- configure reviewer settings, including number of reviewers and reviewer categories
In short, you design the experience — not just the questionnaire.
Licensing and pricing
OPTION A – 360 Professional Licence – £2,950 plus VAT per year
This allows you to:
- build and configure as many different 360 tools as you wish
- reuse, adapt and refine tools over time
- run unlimited designs within the licence period
You are then charged per 360 project run, based on participant numbers and services selected.
There is no upfront set-up fee.
OPTION B – Configuration Licence – £595 plus VAT per year
This allows you to:
- Edit email and system wordings for particular context and tone
- Configure project parameters eg rater groups, numbers, visibility of reports, manager approval
- Administer 360 projects and allocate and manage coaches
This licence is designed for practitioners who want flexibility in how their 360 is delivered, without needing to design or edit the underlying instrument.
It enables you to tailor the experience for different audiences and contexts while using a robust, pre-built survey.
Reporting, benchmarks and AI-supported insight
All 360s built using 360 Professional benefit from:
- Dynamic online reporting, enabling flexible exploration of results
- Professional-grade configuration and reporting outputs, suitable for consultant-led delivery
Benchmark comparisons are available where the underlying model has been developed and normed by Talent Innovations (for example, when cloning tools from the Leadership Collection).
Where you build a fully bespoke model, benchmarking is not automatically available, but the tool remains a robust diagnostic for developmental and within-group use.
AI-supported features — including AI-generated summary pages and access to the AI Companion — are available by arrangement and at additional cost. These features require input and oversight from Talent Innovations to ensure appropriate configuration, quality and duty of care.
AI-supported insight is always optional, transparently labelled, and designed to support — not replace — professional judgement.

- guidance on building, adapting and configuring tools responsibly
- access to ongoing support from our experienced team
Where AI-supported summaries or the AI Companion are required, additional support and set-up from Talent Innovations is provided, ensuring the features are used appropriately and in line with best practice.
