This Masterclass has been designed specifically to cater for the needs of HR professionals, Consultants or Coaches who want to increase their confidence and mastery in the feedback and coaching on 360 degree data. This unique event includes a fun “Theatre Showcase” learning technique – a demonstration by a professional actress of how a 360 experience can work well (and not so well!).
You may be highly skilled and proficient in coaching and empowering leaders and you may be looking to start using 360 degree reports in your practice, or to improve your comfort and skills in this area. You would describe yourself as a novice with this particular tool and as someone wanting to learn and explore ways you could either introduce this to your portfolio of client offerings and/or to enhance your coaching practice.
