Wellbeing Profiler
Profile Your Wellbeing
Innovation in Profiling
This profiler was launched at the 2005 Human Resources Software Show, and is the result of research undertaken over the last few years involving almost 100 professionals in the UK.

Body, Mind and Soul are the key areas in this profiler, within which twelve areas of wellbeing are assessed. Your current perspective on these areas indicate how you think you are doing at work, how you are feeling about it and how you are coping with the pressures of working life.
Getting a sense of your wellbeing will lead you to see which areas may need focus and attention and which are doing really well. You may then wish to discuss these findings with a local expert or support and, if you want to go to work on an aspect, then you are recommended to create a plan and take some actions in that area.
The Profile
The profile questionnaire comprises 48 questions to measure the factors that we have identified as being relevant to wellbeing. It takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete, after which you will be presented with your own personal profile, showing your personal “wellbeing” result and your ratings on the various factors.
