Celebration 360 is all about positive psychology: Build relations, confidence and self esteem, using 360º Feedback to find out what people think are your strengths, with none of the negatives!
The Model
Instead of aiming for the usual full and detailed review of behaviours like a typical 360º Feedback, it specifically gathers views only of what works well for an individual. This enables you to build on what works and to make best use of what you are good at. It can build relations within a team environment and it can help build esteem and confidence in a coaching scenario.

Key Facts
- Time required: 15-25 minutes
- Reviewers choose a handful of 128 behaviours that they feel are strengths, with space for comments against each. Also open questions to gather full commentary.
- 1-5 scale with space for comments against each
- 6 open questions to gather more thoughts from reviewers.
- Reviewer types: self, manager, report, peer, partner, client and other.
- Project set up within 24 hours
