Focusing on a handful of key development areas, an individual receives rich feedback from a few trusted colleagues, who (along with the individual) answer a set of carefully-structured questions which explore the issues that a good coach explores.

• The individual can enter ’focus’ behaviours from any source
• Trusted colleagues are automatically invited to give feedback by email
• Survey questions are carefully designed based on principles of powerful coaching, effectively turning the individuals’ colleagues into expert coaches
