Talent Innovations was started in 2001 by Elva Ainsworth following a successful career in HR and leading projects for SHL in the UK and the US. Elva brought her in depth understanding of HR, psychometrics, 360 degree feedback coaching and senior management business experience to create Talent Innovations. Elva invited her brother Mark to partner in the business bringing his expertise in experimental psychology, programming and operational modelling into the mix. What this expertise translates into is a remarkable ability to make complex information into something really useful, interesting and insightful, perfect for creating online tools for staff development! As a team they are devoted to development.
