MyTalent is our web-based software used for administering appraisals and 360° feedback. The platform handles everything from setting-up objectives or initial contact with raters through to the end-of-year appraisal or final report for the individual. Because the software is delivered through your web browser there are no problems with hardware compatibility, and maintenance and support are all handled by us.
