TalentFootprints supports a process which asks managers to select objectives for their staff at the beginning of the year. You will have - at your fingertips - easy to use dashboards which will show you exactly who has done this and who has not. This will help you to manage your communications campaign to drive compliance.
 
Do you want to be able to audit which objectives managers have set?
 
TalentFootprints lets you drill into individual reviews to see exactly what managers have set up and which objectives they have chosen.
 
Do you want to encourage managers to conduct an interim review against objectives but can’t easily get them to do this?
 
TalentFootprints includes, within its process flow, the ability to hold interim reviews during the course of the year. This can be managed by sending invitation emails to all participants.
  
Do you want to be able to see staff 360 ratings in their online review?
 
TalentFootprints can combine seamlessly with MyTalent; our highly insightful 360 solution. Ratings from 360º Feedback are shown within the TalentFootprints section relating to performance against the competency framework. What do you do if managers want to change staff objectives during the course of the year?
 
One of the most effective aspects of TalentFootprints is that managers can log in at any time and review the objectives and content of interim reviews. It is also possible for them to edit the objectives set at the beginning of the year. This means that objectives are always pertinent even if a member of staff changes job role or division.
  
Is it impossible to get all your staff to complete their reviews on time?
 
Our clients typically achieve a 95-98% compliance rate with TalentFootprints and TalentSnapshot. It’s easy for you to track non-compliance and to chase late completers.
 
Is it a nightmare to track who has done what and what is still left to do?
 
TalentFootprints and TalentSnapshot both give you easy to understand dashboards to help you track all aspects of running your performance review project.
 
 
Do you find it difficult to control the different versions of each review in circulation?
 
Using TalentFootprints or TalentSnapshot will ensure that only one version of the review questionnaire is kept online. The answers given by the manager and the individual being appraised are automatically collated into a great looking final report.
 
 
Are you confident that the review content can’t be tampered with?
 
TalentFootprints and TalentSnapshot both maintain one copy of the questions answered and only the individuals authorised to log in to complete it are able to make changes. Each participant can only edit their own response. An administrator can edit the content, but all changes are tracked on the system and can be audited. It is impossible to tamper with the responses.
 
Do you worry that confidential data could be compromised?
 
TalentFootprints and TalentSnapshot both ensure that secure logins are sent to the correct person. Each participant in the performance review process has a simple dashboard with a series of task options that are only relevant to them. There is no need for a printed form as all review questions are answered online. It’s completely secure and confidential.
 
 
Are you stuck with having to produce organisational data by collating the information from paper forms?
 
TalentFootprints and TalentSnapshot both automatically generate Management Information reports to show how groups have performed. It can show you data split for example by division, level, gender or geographical location. There are also a wide selection of reports to help you understand how well your project has run from questionnaire completion times to how easy participants found it to use.
